Built with Lovable

Our team builds the apps we run on.

We don't just bring the bots. Our own team members build custom apps with Lovable, an AI app builder, in plain English. The scoreboard that runs our rocks, a payroll engine for five locations, an inventory system that orders for itself, and a time-off system nobody has to manage. No developer, no new software to rent, and the business owns every one.

Our rocks scoreboard

One scoreboard kept the whole team on the same page.

When we launched our clinic, we didn't buy a project tool. We built our scoreboard in Lovable, shaped exactly like how we run: the goal, our rocks, who owns each one and every win along the way. The agents logged every Slack thread and every meeting task straight into it, so the board was always current.

Alignment · 73-day launch

Everyone saw the same score, every day.

The Monday meeting ran off the board in one hour. Nobody asked for a status update because the status was already on the screen. When the owner was away for two weeks, the team kept moving because everyone could see what was done, what was next and who owned it.

Built by our team

The people who did the work built the fix.

None of these were built by a developer. They were built by the team members who felt the pain every week, using Lovable and plain-English instructions.

Payroll · 5 locations

Payroll went from 9 hours to 1.

One of our team members ran payroll for a business with five locations and 75 hourly employees. Every location had its own pay codes and comp schedules, and putting it together took her nine hours every payroll. She built a payroll app in Lovable that applies each location's codes and schedules on its own and flags anything that looks off. Now she reviews the flags and sends it.

9 → 1 hrto run payroll, start to finish
5locations, each with its own rules
75hourly employees paid right
Inventory · Inventory-heavy business

Inventory accurate to the day. Orders that place themselves.

Then she took on inventory. In a business that lives on stock, counts were always behind and orders depended on someone noticing a shelf was low. She built an inventory system in Lovable that keeps counts accurate to the day and places orders automatically when an item drops below its level.

Time off · Request to approval

Time off went from 12 hours a week to zero.

Another team member was spending about 12 hours a week, at random times, chasing time-off requests. She built a time-off system in Lovable that tracks everyone's availability and runs the whole request. Before anything gets approved, it checks that PTO is available, that key duties are covered and that client schedules are prepared and confirmed. Then it tracks the time and shows everyone how much PTO they have left for the year.

No more surprise absences, no uncovered duties, no clients left without a schedule.
Why it works

Lovable builds the app. The agents keep it running.

An app is only as good as the data in it. Our agents read from and write to these apps for your people. They log the meeting tasks onto the scoreboard, answer "how much PTO do I have left?" and tell a manager what's waiting on them. Your team asks their own agent, and the app stays current without anyone doing data entry.

Ideas for what your team could build next.

How we help

Find the 9-hour job. Build it away.

Find the pain

We find the job that eats the most hours every week. There's always one.

Build it together

We sit with the person who does that job and build the app with them in Lovable.

Plug in the agents

The agents read from and write to the app, so it stays current on its own.

Your team owns it

The person who built it keeps improving it. No developer, no rented software.

App screens on this page are recreated examples; names and figures inside them are illustrative. Lovable is a product of its owner. [AI]LABS is independent and not affiliated with Lovable.
