Free DISC assessmentKnow how your people work before you hire, lead or train them.
We built our own DISC test, and it's free. Each person gets a five-page report written in plain English: how they work, what drains them, who they click with and exactly how to work with them. We use it to screen candidates, build teams and run onsite trainings, and you can use it for your team today.
Four ways people work. Everyone has all four in a different mix.
DISC describes behavior, not ability or worth. It shows how fast someone likes to move and whether they lean toward tasks or people. Once your team can see that, most friction starts to make sense.
Driven
Fast and task-focused. Wants results, decisions and the bottom line.
Spot it: direct eye contact, gets to the point.Outgoing
Fast and people-focused. Brings energy, ideas and enthusiasm.
Spot it: animated, warm, tells stories.Steady
Steady-paced and people-focused. Loyal, patient, holds the team together.
Spot it: calm, listens, thoughtful pauses.Careful
Steady-paced and task-focused. Accurate, thorough, wants it done right.
Spot it: precise language, detailed questions.Five pages anyone can read and use the same day.
This is the actual report our test produces, run for a sample candidate. Click any page to read it. No jargon, no 40-page binder. Just what this person is like, what they need and what to do next.

See who they are, and who the job is asking them to be.
Every report shows two profiles side by side: how the person behaves at work and how they're naturally wired. The gap between the two is where people burn out.
- This sample is naturally steady and careful, but pushing their Outgoing score from 37 to 63 at work.
- The report flags it: "adapting across 2 dimensions, a meaningful energy investment."
- That's the signal to look at before you add more to someone's plate, or before you hire them into a role that fights their wiring.

Why two good people can't stand working together.
DISC maps two things: pace (fast or steady) and focus (tasks or people). Share one and things click. Share neither and it takes real work.
- Driven and Steady sit opposite each other: maximum friction, and maximum opportunity.
- The people who stretch you most are often the ones who fill your blind spots.
- This page is the backbone of our team trainings.

A user manual for every person on your team.
Page four is written to be shared with a manager or teammate. A quick version in their own voice, then a clear do and don't list.
- "Give me context before asking for change. I need to understand the why, not just the what."
- Do: explain the reasoning behind changes. Don't: spring major changes without warning.
- Plus how to adapt to each other style and how to spot each style in 30 seconds.

It ends with what to do this week.
Every report closes with three specific things to try this week and one honest question to think about. That's what turns a test into growth.
- "Voice one opinion you would normally keep to yourself."
- "Is this stretch developing you, or depleting you?"
One test. Four ways it pays off.
Know the fit before the interview.
Our hiring agent sends the DISC to every promising candidate, follows up and reads the result against the role. Our talent director only meets people who fit.
- Compare the person's natural style to what the role demands
- Spot a big adaptation gap before it becomes turnover
- Walk into the interview with better questions
See your whole team on one map.
Invite your whole team from your portal, then add a team report: where everyone sits, which pairs will click, where the friction is and which voice the team is missing.
- Team map by pace and focus
- Style mix and gaps
- Pairings to lean on and pairings to coach
Onsite trainings built on your people.
We bring the reports into the room. Your team learns their own style, reads each other and practices the conversations that usually go sideways.
- Each person learns their style and their blind spot
- Teams practice adapting to each other
- Everyone leaves with three things to try this week
Manage each person the way they work best.
Managers get the how-to-work-with-me page for each person. Fewer surprises, better feedback and fewer people quietly burning out.
- Do and don't for every direct report
- Know who needs the why, and who needs the bottom line
- Catch stress signals early
When the whole team takes it, you see the whole team.
Once your people have taken the DISC, you can request a team report from your portal. We put everyone's results together on one page, so you can see how the group really works together.

We train and grow your team in the room, with their own reports.
The report is the start. The training is where it sticks. We come onsite, use your team's real results and work through the situations your people actually face.

Just want to try it yourself first? Take the free DISC.
Good to know.
Is it really free?
Yes. The DISC is free for you and for every person you add from your company portal. The team report and onsite training are upgrades you can request from the portal when you're ready.
Who sees the results?
If you take the free test on your own, the report comes to you. When a company invites you, your report goes privately to that company's admins, and you're told that before you start. Each company only ever sees its own people.
Should I hire or reject someone based on DISC?
No. DISC describes how someone tends to work, not whether they can do the job. We use it alongside interviews, references and a real conversation, to ask better questions and find the right seat.
How long does it take?
A few minutes. Each person ranks a set of statements twice: once for how they act at work and once for how they are naturally. The report lands in their inbox shortly after they finish.
Where does DISC come from?
DISC theory goes back to psychologist William Moulton Marston in 1928. It focuses on behavioral style, how you tend to act, rather than fixed traits. As the report says, it's data, not a label.
